We at I Love Combate Rooms & Suites are working to make our site and facilities accessible to people with disabilities.

I Love Combate Rooms & Suites is a family-oriented hotel and welcomes guests with special needs, including families traveling with small children, or with their parents and grandparents; aged or elderly, guests with some mobility limitations, a hearing or sight impairment, or wheelchair dependent; and visitors with a medical condition or needing special accommodation, amongst others.

Our building has two levels and at the moment elevators are not available, but will be installed shortly. However, we have taken additional measures to enable our guests to enjoy the venue.
​
It is highly recommended for guests needing a special service, room, or accommodation to request such in advance, during the reservation process. Nevertheless, where possible and if available, we will do our best effort to make a reasonable accommodation at check-in.

Our staff is professionally trained and is willing to assist you during your stay and will explain all the features available at the hotel to make your stay enjoyable, comfortable, and safe. These features include:

An accessible path of travel from parking to the lobby area, as well as to accessible guest rooms.

Service Animals

Only service animals are accepted.

Pets are NOT accepted, including those for emotional assistance. However, nearby is a Veterinary that offers lodging services for pets. Our staff may provide you with the contact information.

Changing stations at most public restrooms.

Pharmacy less than 2 minutes from hotel.

Various hospitals and clinics from 20-40 minutes from hotel.

Smoking areas:

I Love Combate Rooms & Suites is a Smoke-Free facility and does not sell cigarettes at the venue.

Smokers are encouraged to follow the smoking rules to protect all other guests.

A $250 surcharge will be applied if smoking is done inside the room or in other non-smoking areas.
