Hotel Policies

We are committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all our guests. Please review the following hotel policies, which are designed to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.

1. Reservation Policy

All reservations must be prepaidin full at the time of booking. Please note that all reservations are non-refundable and non-modifiable, regardless of circumstances. We strongly recommend travel insurance for unexpected changes in your travel plans.

2. Guest Responsibility

The guest(s) named on the reservation is financially responsible for any damages or losses caused to the room, furniture, fixtures, or any part of the property. By providing your credit card at check-in, you authorize the hotel to charge the card on file to cover any such costs.

3. Check-In and Check-Out Times

Check-In: Begins at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival
Check-Out: Must be completed by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Late check-out may incur additional charges and is subject to availability.

4. No Smoking Policy

Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms and private patios. A cleaning fee of $300 will be charged if smoking is detected in the room.

5. Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed in guest rooms or on hotel premises. A $300 fee will be charged if there is any evidence of a pet inside the room.

6. Liability Disclaimer

The hotel and its staff are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or the loss of personal items, including money, jewelry, or valuables. A police station is located within walking distance should you need a secure location for valuables.

7. Registered Guests Only

Room access is reserved exclusively for registered guests. Visitors are welcome but must be received in the outdoor lounge area near the hotel entrance. Overnight visitors are not permitted.

8. Use of Cooking Equipment

The use of stoves, barbecues, or open flames in guest rooms or outdoor hotel areas is strictly prohibited. A fully equipped shared kitchen is available on the second floor for guest use.

9. Quiet Hours

To ensure a restful environment for all, please avoid loud music or noise after 9:00 PM.

10. Hotel Property

Please do not remove any hotel property, including furniture, towels, or toiletries, from the room or premises.

11. Parking

One (1) complimentary parking space is included per room. Additional vehicles or trailers will incur a charge of $10 per night, subject to availability.

12. Eco-Friendly Commitment

We proudly support environmental sustainability. Help us protect the ecosystem by:
- Turning off the air conditioning and lights when not in the room
- Using water responsibly

Failure to comply with these policies may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund. These rules are in place to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all guests.
